PLA NAVY HAINAN1/700

Hainan (Pennant number: 31) is the lead ship of the Chinese Type 075 landing helicopter dock. She was commissioned on 23 April 2021. Hainan has a displacement of 40,000t. She can carry about 30 helicopters. She can also carry various 726 Yema air-cushioned landing crafts, main battle tanks, amphibious vehicles and transport vehicles. Hainan is equipped with weapon systems incl. two HQ-10 short range surface-to-air missile systems and two H/PJ-11 close-in weapon systems. The commissioning of Hainan has further enhanced the strength of the PLA Navy’s amphibious combat formations and has greatly improved their ability in open seas protection and island landing operations.
