Three years later the first race car of the Audi R8 was introduced, the Audi R8 LMS. In 2021, Audi launched the R8 LMS GT3 evo II in response to new challenges on the race track. Compared to its predecessor, the evo II features a new swan-neck rear wing to generate greater downforce, providing more stability while driving. A new air intake system was developed for the engine, allowing the engine to achieve better torque output. Additionally, it is equipped with a more comfortable air conditioning system. All these improvements have made the evo II more favored by teams and drivers, enabling Audi to continue its championship-winning capabilities in various GT3 events.

This MENG 1/24 CS-009 Audi R8 LMS GT3 evo II is an Audi official licensed model kit. The evo II's newly designed rear wing and other upgrade components are accurately reproduced. This kit includes a removable engine hood. The doors are openable. Front wheels are turnable. All lights are represented by transparent parts. This kit also includes precision PE parts, safety belt made of special fabric material, pre-cut painting masks and reflective mirror foils for rearview mirrors and the Audi rings.
