The PRO36 weight is under 250grams which means you do not to register or have a license in order to fly it anywhere.

The PRO36 comes ready to fly with everything you need and includes a powerful 3.7V 1300mAh Lipo battery which will keep you in the air for up to 10 minute per charge. The battery can be recharged 100's of times.
