Assemble this STEM Robotics Kit - Marv, a DIY model, and learn about different electronic components, how the decade counter and its buttons work. In the end, you will get an interesting robot that lights up around it.
Motherboard, screwdriver, coin-cell battery, acrylic housings, LEDs, plastic screws, plastic spacers and instructions in Romanian.
This model is part of the Wacky Robots range, a group of cute robots that will help you master the basics of electronics and robotics.
STEM Robotics Kit - Marv wants to explain to you how the electrical circuits inside it work and how to use them. Well, once you press the switch, its LED will light up. That button has an internal contact that closes the electrical circuit and allows current to flow when it is pressed, but if it is not, the exact opposite happens and your device turns off.
One of the essential pieces of information that will be useful to you is that LEDs are polarized, and current flows in only one direction, from anode to cathode. Be careful in which direction you place them!
Follow the illustrated instructions in the set to assemble Marv in no time, then connect him to the BIT console to unlock a new game. The Bit DIY console is not included in the set, but can be purchased separately.
