This Construction Series amphibious product depicts the catchy motion of a penguin. On the ground, the model moves forward by moving wheels in tandem with legs, and in the water, the model swims by moving flippers.
The link mechanism converts the rotation of the submarine motor into the motion of legs and flippers.
On the ground, the model stands on three wheels - side wheels on the legs and a front center wheel on its lower abdomen – on the ground and moves forward by swinging the body.
In the water, the model swims and gets the head out of water by the float on its neck.
Changing directions of wheels and flippers allows turning on the ground and in the water.
