The UMX Timber X also comes equipped with LED landing, navigation, and strobe lights, and provides real-time battery voltage and other telemetry data to compatible Spektrum AirWare™ equipped transmitters. Because of its ultra-micro size, the UMX Timber X can be flown outdoors in many yards, parks, and sports fields, or even indoors in gymnasiums and other suitable spaces. Install the optional UMX floats (EFLUA1190, sold separately) and you can also fly from pools, ponds, and lakes. It's a great choice for a wide range of intermediate to experienced pilots, and offers a "mild to wild" flying experience that no other model can touch!

Spektrum™ AS3X® and optional-use SAFE® Select technologies are included for easier flying, and the control unit/flight controller provides real-time flight battery voltage telemetry and other data to compatible Spektrum AirWare™ equipped transmitters. The UMX™ Timber® X is equipped with a control unit/flight controller that includes an ESC and Spektrum™ receiver that provides real-time flight battery voltage telemetry to compatible Spektrum AirWare™ equipped transmitters (including the DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8 G2, the DX9, NX6, 8 and 10, the iX12, iX20 and others) while you fly.
This ultra-micro Timber® X is equipped with exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® and SAFE® Select technologies. AS3X works behind the scenes to smooth out the effects of wind and turbulence to deliver a locked-in feel that makes it seem like you're flying a much larger airplane. Optional-use SAFE® Select offers pitch and bank angle limits along with automatic self-leveling that can be turned on and off at the flip of a switch to make it easier to fly!
