Disruptor's 26″ injection-molded ABS hull delivers incredible strength in a wave-cutting deep-V design. Precisely molded strake detail in the bottom hull increases Disruptor's sharp handling and stability. The hull's enhanced rigidity also provides superior hatch sealing and water rejection.
Four locking nuts hold Disruptor’s hatch firmly in place and release in just seconds with a quick turn of the included tool. The rigid injection injection-molded hatch fits tightly against a foam gasket to keep water out. No matter how wild the stunts get, this hatch stays locked until you release it.
With just a single Traxxas 4s LiPo battery, Disruptor slices through the water at speeds of 40 MPH and beyond. For novice boaters or casual cruisers, Patented Traxxas Training Mode™ reduces power by 50%. Disruptor is also compatible with 2s and 3s Lipo batteries for more relaxed running.
Disruptor’s electronics and power system bolt securely to a rigid tray for easy removal and maintenance. Detach the steering linkage, flex cable, and stuffing tube and then remove the screws to lift out the entire unit. No other boat makes it so easy to access the hull interior and electronics.
The TQ 2.4 GHz radio system keeps the focus on having fun, not worrying about interference from other boats. The TQ radio’s advanced programming provides long-range control with smooth, glitch-free performance and its ergonomic design is comfortable for all-day boating.
Dual water pick-ups under the hull send cooling water independently to the motor and ESC. A large, finned heat sink with internal water channel cools the ESC run after run for extended fun on the water. A machined aluminum water-cooled motor mount draws heat away from the motor to keep temperatures in check.

Dual trim tabs and turn fins are critical to Disruptor’s high-speed performance. The parts are precision die-cut and bent from stainless steel to resist corrosion as they provide aggressive cornering 'bite' and the proper hull attitude for extreme speed.
Dual water pickups in the hull route cooling water to the motor and ESC independently. A streamlined dual-outlet plate on the transom evacuates water from the rear of the boat.
Disruptor comes outfitted from the factory with heavy duty, low-profile hatch nuts to keep the rigid ABS hatch securely fastened. Just a quick turn with the included hatch nut tool gives you full access to the hull. Disruptor also includes a set of optional wingnuts for quick toolless installation and removal.

Disruptor requires a powerful steering servo for responsive performance, and Traxxas delivers with the 2056 high-torque servo. O-ring seals make the servo completely waterproof, and there's plenty of steering muscle with 80 oz-in of torque at your command.
A clamping collet holds Disruptor’s flex cable tightly and centers it perfectly with the motor's output shaft for smooth, efficient operation. The collet releases quickly with a twist of the included wrenches for easy maintenance. Once loosened, the prop and flex cable simply slide out, making it easy to keep your Disruptor running in peak form.
In the event of signal loss due to an accidental transmitter switch-off or depleted batteries, the receiver automatically returns the throttle to neutral and holds the last commanded steering position. The fail-safe programming is conveniently built-in and does not need to be activated.
Disruptor’s brushless outrunner motor is optimized for maximum power and high-RPM efficiency in marine applications with ultra high-temperature sintered neodymium magnets, a precision-balanced rotor, and high-speed ball bearings.
Traxxas' patented waterproof receiver box routes wires neatly through a special watertight seal. A blue O-ring allows easy access to the receiver box without losing its sealing properties.

Traxxas’ patented Training Mode™ can be used to limit power to 50% for new drivers.
